Our Rooms

Whether you are looking for an intimate space for your celebration or a large event, we have got the space for you.

  • Full Venue Hire (80 -100 people)

Available for your exclusive use. Talk to us about bringing in one of our bands just for your function!

  • Valley Room Hire (30 - 45 people)

Great space for your party or business get together

  • Basin Room Hire (15 - 20 people)

A smaller space in the front, perfect for committee meetings or an intimate event

  • Back Deck Hire (25 - 40 people)

Our air conditioned back deck is a fun, relaxed space ​

  • Valley Room & Back Deck (50 - 60 people)

Combine both spaces for the perfect party! indoors and outdoors, Summer or Winter ​

Your function will include a selection of 5 items from the 'Classic' finger food menu. Items from the 'Signature' range will incur additional cost

*choice of either beef, chicken mushroom & leek, beef burgundy, chicken & camembert or cauliflower cheese & leek

(additions and substitutions are available on the packages with prior consultation) *please advise of any guests with allergies & food intolerances at least 3 weeks prior to event. Strictly NO outside food is to be brought into venue. 

Sit Down Meal

Would you prefer a sit down meal for your special event?

For a maximum of 75 people, the perfect place for a 'Parma and a Pot' night, a 50/50 meal selection, or a specially selected reduced menu. In most cases a pre-order will be required.

Price is dependent on menu selections.

Drinks

With our fully stocked bar your guests will be spoiled for choice. We have a large range of Tap Beer, Spirits, Wines

and Bottled Beers.

When booking a function with us you have the option of opening up a bar tab on the night to your chosen $ value

Music/Entertainment

For a full venue hire we have a state of the art sound system available to play your favorite music list.

​

Alternatively, we can assist you in booking in a band or musician from our wide range of musicians currently on our books.

**Please note: all live music is to booked through us unless prior approval has been given by the venue manager**
